Resolve customer related issues in co-ordination with the team.
Overall branch responsibility for new stock arrangements, deliveries and aftersales support.
Overseeing a team of 6 Sales Officers and 2 supporting staffs.
Branch marketing and promotional tasks for any event throughout the year.
To train and counsel staff members in order to achieve sales targets.
Conducting meetings with supporting brands for new orders and inquiries whatsoever.
Handling online stream of business for new order deliveries and procurement.
Random market surveys for product and pricing analysis for the competitors.
Branch maintenance, display and ambience management.
Preparing hire agreements and emailing customers and necessary paper work.
Following up hire agreements, LPOs prior to delivery of vehicles.
Preparing a job file against each vehicle & filing the documents, including delivery notes.
Discuss requirements with the customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that meets their requirements effectively with right product-mix, model –mix and financial constraints.
Co-ordinate with rental locations for stock requests for reservations and walk- ups.
Attending incoming hire desk related calls.
Arrange vehicle exchanges and transfers for breakdowns or buy back vehicles.
Oversee fleet registration, servicing, accident repairs on time and under warranty where applicable.
Conducting fleet audits and stock count for the location periodically.
To upload Rental Agreements in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi Police RTA system.
Participate in weekly team meetings to keep the staff updated on things like promotions, fraud alerts, any changes in the business/ policies, updates to systems, new inventory updates & upcoming events.
Providing on-going coaching to new Rental Agents / Drivers/ associates within the team.
Making sure all Ready to Go vehicles are in prim condition with Full fuel, Valid Registration etc.
To report daily achievements and requirements to the Station Manager.
Discuss requirements with the customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that meets their requirements effectively with right product-mix, model –mix and financial constraints.
Take manager’s call escalations & effectively diffuse the situation and come to a resolution for the client.
Track and monitor the team’s progress as well as oversee workflow and workloads.
Participate in weekly team meetings to keep the staff updated on things like promotions, fraud alerts, any changes in the business/ policies, updates to systems, new inventory updates and upcoming events.
Drive KPI performance for each team member.
Providing on-going coaching to all Rental Agents/ Drivers/ associates within the team.

To arrange the vehicle deliveries and collections, ensure the contracts are signed by the customers.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from external sources in order to feel the pulse of the market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customer’s needs.
Follow up on pending payments with customers when it’s delayed and communicate with collections.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
To devise new business strategies to enhance the business and to cut costs.
Preparing quotes on the Individual/ Corporate client’s requests.
Co-ordinate with workshop on daily basis to ensure requested job is done in timely manner.
Attend walk-in/ calling customers, take bookings & provide information on availability & rental charges.
To arrange the Deliveries, Collections, Replacements, Breakdowns etc.
Conduct Daily vehicle audits to ensure all vehicles are delivered in prim condition.
Liaise with logistics dept. to prepare Oman Insurance for client’s desire to drive to Oman.
Ensure documents like closed rental agreements, daily sales report etc. are forwarded to Finance dept.
Handling petty cash and branch inventory to be updated timely.
To respond promptly & within given time to banks for any active dispute.
To deal & quote Individual/ Corporate clients and open Daily, Weekly & Monthly contracts.
To see existing clients to follow up the payments and their new orders.
Coordinate with workshop on daily basis to ensure requested job is done in timely manner.
